General Introduction and Applicability

badshah (bundles, hereafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online entertainment and betting service operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User") who uses the site.

By registering, logging in, making a deposit, withdrawing, or placing any bet, the user fully agrees to these terms. Any user who does not agree with any part of these terms is asked to refrain from using the site.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

2.1 Age Requirement

All badshah services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. If any person registers while under 21 or opens an account with false information, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Personal Eligibility

Each user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally capable and of sound mind.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• A person may operate only one account.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If the same person opens or operates more than one account, badshah reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit their balances.

Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on badshah, the correct name, mobile number, email, and date of birth must be provided. Incomplete or false information may result in the account not being confirmed.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity, badshah may request identity documents at any time. Where applicable, a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately via live chat.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods on badshah are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and this limit applies equally across all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a successful request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user confirms that deposited funds come from a legal source. In the case of suspicious transactions, badshah reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

badshah offers newly registered members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and a wager of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 is required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• A bonus is not direct cash — it must be earned through wagering.
• Wagering requirements apply to both the original deposit and the bonus before the wagering is fulfilled.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage, use of multiple accounts), the account and bonus may be cancelled.
• badshah reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or discontinue any offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

badshah has five VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for that week. Continued play is required to move up to a higher tier.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid only when the system accepts it and a confirmation message is displayed on screen. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, badshah is not responsible for that bet.

6.2 Unintentional Erroneous Odds

If a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error (odds that are unusually favourable compared to market value), badshah reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original deposit.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the deposit for bets on that event will be returned to the user's account, unless the applicable sports rules provide otherwise.

6.4 Bet Modification or Withdrawal

Once a bet has been placed, the user cannot modify or withdraw it on their own, unless the "Cash Out" feature is active on the platform and is applicable to the relevant bet.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of the account if detected:

• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system weaknesses to gain unfair profit.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions.
• Hacking the platform's software, or using bots or automated software.
• Deceiving other users or providing false information.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward badshah staff.

In such cases, the relevant person's balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

badshah believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a means of livelihood. The platform therefore provides users with tools to play safely and within limits.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

Users may activate deposit limits, bet limits, or a temporary break (self-exclusion) for themselves. These tools can be enabled through the support team.

Limitation of Liability

badshah bears no responsibility in the following situations:

• Losses caused by internet disruption, power outages, or issues with the user's device.
• Account details being exposed due to the user's own carelessness.
• Problems caused by delays or errors in third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary service interruption due to unforeseen technical faults.

badshah always strives to maintain service quality, but the platform's liability is limited in cases of problems arising from technical and external causes.

Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

badshah reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Registration using false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If there is no valid reason for closure, the balance will be returned to the user when the account is closed, though bonus-related terms will apply.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13.1 How to Submit a Complaint

In the event of a complaint or dispute, the user should first contact badshah's support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team responds in both Bengali and English.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Timeframe

Once a complaint is received, work is done to resolve it as quickly as possible. Complex cases may require an internal investigation, during which the support team will keep the user updated.

13.3 Final Decision

Changes to Terms and Their Effect

badshah may change these terms in part or in full at any time. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the site. For significant changes, registered users may be notified by email or through the site.

Continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.

These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is legally binding. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version will take precedence.
